After placing your order, email your design to purelycustomsco@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Make sure to send a high-quality file for the best results!
What file format should I send for my design?
We recommendPNG, JPEG, or SVGfiles with a transparent background (if applicable). If you're unsure, contact us for assistance.
Will I receive a proof before my order is made?
Yes! If you’d like a mockup before production, mention it in your email when sending your design. We’ll provide a digital proof for approval before printing.
How long does it take to process a custom order?
Orders are processed within24-48 hours once we receive your design and confirmation. If you request a proof, production begins after your approval.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?

- Creations Collection: Eligible for 7-day exchange if unworn and in original condition.
